When you make a purchase at Talavera.com, or simply join our gift registry, you give us personal information such as name, email address, mailing address, billing address, phone and credit card number. This information allows us to process your transactions more rapidly and efficiently. It also permits us to maintain a better communication with you to let you know, for example, when your order has been shipped. As you navigate through our website, we collect information that allows us to understand how our customers interact with the website. We use this information to constantly improve the user friendliness of our website.

Returns & Exchanges

At Talavera.com, we stand behind the quality of our product and we make things right if you are not satisfied with your purchase. All sales except for custom orders or personalized items are accompanied by a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee. All shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse, but in the event you are not satisfied with your purchase please give us a call at: 1-800-818-3630 to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN).

Once you have a RAN, please carefully pack your product, insure the package, and mail it to:

Please Note:
Personalized Items and Custom Orders are Non-Refundable.
When possible, we ask you to please use the same packaging materials that were originally sent with your piece.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Shipping and handling costs incurred to send the product back to us will be covered by the customer.
Please do not return a product before first getting a Return Authorization Number (RAN).

Shipping Policy

All orders are currently being shipped via UPS Ground. We plan to offer other shipping options soon.

Please note that the total delivery time usually should consider Production (aprox. 5 days), Warehouse and Packaging (1-2 days), and Shipping (4-6 days). Allow, in average, 2 weeks for delivery once you place your order. In some ocassions, when no Production time is needed, delivery will take 6-8 days.
