At Talavera.com, we stand behind the quality of our product and we make things right if you are not satisfied with your purchase. All sales except for custom orders or personalized items are accompanied by a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee. All shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse, but in the event you are not satisfied with your purchase please give us a call at: 1-702-508-4140 to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN).

Once you have a RAN, please carefully pack your product, insure the package, and mail it to:

Please Note:
-  Personalized Items and Custom Orders are Non-Refundable.
-  When possible, we ask you to please use the same packaging materials that were originally sent with your piece.
-  Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
-  Shipping and handling costs incurred to send the product back to us will be covered by the customer.
-  Please do not return a product before first getting a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
