How do you pack the products to make sure they arrive in good shape?
We take several steps to ensure your product is very well protected during shipment:
 - We use double corrugated boxes, which together with the liquid foam, form a robust shelter.

When do you charge my credit card?
Your credit card will not be charged until we ship out the products you ordered.
When you place an order, we request an authorization on your credit card. You card is not charged at that time. We simply
make sure the card is valid and has sufficient funds. When we ship the product we request that the card be charged and it
is then when the bank initiates settlement.

My order is going to be a gift. Can you add a greeting card to the package?
Certainly! And we do it for free! 
- All you have to do is enter a message for the recipient on Step 2 (Delivery) of the checkout process.
- The recipient will see the personalized Greeting Card when opening the package.

What is authentic Talavera?
Authentic Talavera is a traditional ceramic handicraft that has been produced in Puebla, Mexico
with basically the same materials and procedures for over four centuries.
For a piece to be called Talavera, it has to follow these standards:
- Workshop located and clay obtained from the region called Talavera, in the State of Puebla, Mexico.
- Individual fabrication, hand painted.
- Diffused colors.
- Craquel presence in its surface (small fissures).
- The base glaze should be neither completely white nor transparent.
- Relatively heavier than other ceramics.
- Rigid and very hard constitution.
- Great resistance to wear and fade.
- Total compliance with the lead content in glazed ceramics.

How do I redeem a Gift Card?
You have two options:
- Redeem during Checkout
- Select the products you want by adding them to the shopping bag.
- Start the checkout process.
- On Step 3 (Payment), before entering your credit card information, enter the Gift Card code and
click the Process button.
- Once the code is processed, the totals are adjusted accordingly and you can proceed with the rest of the
checkout process.
- Apply first to you Account
- Login to Your Account.
- Click on "Redeem a Certificate".
- Enter the Gift Card code and click the Redeem button.
- The amount of the Gift Card will be added to your account, and will be applied to your next order.

No, they don't. Feel free to use your Gift Card whenever you are ready!

What if the amount of the Gift Card is a little less or a little more than the product I want to purchase?
If the amount on the Gift Card is bigger than the price of the product you want, the remainder will be credited to your Talavera.com account for future use.
If, on the other hand, the amount on the Gift Card is less than the price of the product you want, then you will be asked to pay
the difference during checkout.
